Ways to Prevent Acne (Part 3) - End

Using benzoyl peroxide.

This product is effective in killing the bacteria that cause acne. You can find it in different concentrations, but studies have shown that a concentration of 2.5% is as effective as the solution to 10.5%, while it is less irritating to the skin. It also helps to remove layers of dead skin on the skin, leaving it radiant and youthful.

Ways to Prevent Acne

Apply salicylic acid.

Such as benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid also kills the bacteria responsible for the growth of the grains. It also speeds up cell renewal, promoting the growth of a new epidermis. Put a small amount of salicylic acid in the affected areas before going to bed, after washing the face.

Currency using melaleuca oil.

Although this is not specifically indicated for acne, it is a very effective home remedy. The tea tree oil has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce the size and redness of pimples. In one study, it was found to be effective as benzoyl peroxide in reducing injury from inflammatory acne.
Because melaleuca oil is very strong, diluiscilo with a little water before applying it to the skin with a cotton ball or cotton swab. If you put too much you can irritate the skin.
Ways to Prevent Acne

If the problem is not reduced even with all of these methods, consult to your doctor.

A dermatologist can identify and treat skin disorders. You can recommend a medicine that contains clindamycin phosphate and benzoyl peroxide, both elements common deterrent to treat acne. Prescription drugs are generally the most effective solutions that can also be purchased without a prescription.
